Want to ask whether browsing with USB 4G modem (eg:  https://www.dlink.com.my/product/4g-lte-usb-adapter/ ) will consider hotspot and use up the giler plan hotspot?  Haven't bought the USB 4G modem yet, just want to enable 1 PC for internet. Terima kasih.

If terminate on 10 days, I guess a bit difficulty to fight with UM coz already mentioned within 7 days.
Normally once they sign up, you will receive email saying that "Thank you join to Umobile". And then there is T&C contract and application form inside your email. You try to check for it.

I suggest you call to MCMC push them the status.. So that MCMC will push to UM.

Sometimes it will take more than 2 months to dispute while investigate...

Else, the service provider kena saman to the mcmc.. Unless this company so rich and tahan to pay saman (Then totally speechless..)

deposit is used to cover late due date bill payment. just like water or tenaga bill.  as long bill semasa  + tungakan less than deposit no potong warning given.

when you decided to terminate the service, dont paid bill in full. let due bill amount over the deposit.  terminate no problem but i dont think you can mnp with unpaid bill.

advance payment is used to pay first month bill

1st 7 days smooth but on the 8th day, capped and slow = so manipulative and exploitative if true. Maybe better to test a celco network service by using its prepaid Starter-pack.

In my case, postpaid UMobile "unlimited" GX50 has been smooth in the Klang Valley since Day 1 in Jan 2019. I get full 5 bars signal reception on 4G and 3G at my house.

Note that UMobile's 4G LTE Band 7/2600MHz signals are not good at penetrating walls = better to use 3G/900MHz for GX50/30. 3G can give top speed of about 10 Mbps. 4G normal speed is about 30Mbps and top speed of about 100Mbps.

For Digi Infinite, do you need any VPN to bypass 1TB FUP? Or Digi don't throttle your speed even after you used for more than 2TB?
For MaxisOne Prime, which VPN do you use to continue download/upload stuff after 1TB?
