Has U Mobile shut down its 4G network?

My secondary phone was on U Mobile network, but now the SIM card will only connect to Celcom 2G network.
The phone itself does not support 5G.

My primary phone is on CelcomDigi.

No, my 4G phone still getting 4G - postpaid U38 phone plan.

Try resetting your Mobile Network, ie switch from 4G/Auto to 2G/GSM and back to 4G/Auto, ... or try Restart your 4G phone, ... or etc.

You mean get U Home 5G plan with new 015 number and port out the number to YES? 015 number cannot port out. If what you want is get free U mobile 5G router and port out, there is 24 months contract. biggrin.gif

Where is it say unlimited FUP? Usually they don't openly say this. even if they change to 100gb we also don't know

How do I check whether my current plan is still under contract?
The Umobile App seems does not have the info.
I tried calling 1318, but seems can't speak to customer service.
