True , mostly is about network congestion in large cities. I quit Umobile because of that(6pm onwards unable to load basic fb also, barely 0.5mbps) and happily off with Maxis (hardly congestion till now)

Nope. Just buy the account like normal. Download the app normally like Netflix. Can stream already. I use amamzonprime to see my classics sitcoms like house and seinfeld. Just finish binge watching the office
