it's the responsibility of telco to give service to customers..
not blame customers for not testing the service with buying disposable prepaid Starter Pack first..
typical blame game...

also there's cheaper way...
OpenSignal Apps... to see if U Mobile sucks big or not.. from the current users average speed report in the particular area (by using GPS location) tongue.gif

Well did u see I says that agents/staff thingy to others members?? Only 2 person! Because it's so obvious...

Got another happy guy.. did I say him is staff/ agents.. today morning I comments it's best speed... Enjoy the best speed..
I even says good offering+superb speed = celebration 💪
Few page back only... I'm happy for them.. at least in his area got very good improvement from previously......

More people post their good experience.. even better..
At least we know...

Even OpenSignal results from many places shown how good overall U Mobile is (from others users perspective). Own users suffers more...

So like I said..
Before pick Telco services..
Don't needed to buy some pack actually..
Just OpenSignal can give idea on the expected speed....

Yes.
MCMC found nothing wrong with U Mobile.. that's why others Telco got fined... Even GLC TM... No discrimination....

Basically It's users problem... Cheapo devices or wall blocking the signal... U don't like, please port out silently without making noise & create bad name for the Telco 🤭 and spoiled others ricebowl...

from what I observed...

traffic start building up from 6pm until around like 11pm.. then slowly reducing... this for weekdays..
