For me my gx50 used to be best value for money. Yeah speed limited at 5mbps, i have no problems for that especially watching youtube.

But nowadays, even load out the YouTube apps is struggling due to very low speed.

I am a U Mobile GX30 user from July 2018 until now.

I don't have such problem in Ipoh here.

Last night (= 13 March 2020) from about 7pm, 4G signal from UMobile was out in my area of Klang Valley the whole night = could only get 3G signal at about 3 bars(normal is full 5 bars) = could only read web news and post at LYN, ie could not do video-streaming. Things were back to normal when I got online at 10am this morning, ie strong 4G signal at 4 bars on my Android device.

Wonder what happened.?

the 1GB is useless because cannot fully use it during the 8am-6pm period

However, Like I mentioned many times, Lies is always being throw around by U Mobile Team
She never came back to me as she promises me. It has Been 1 Week since her call
She said she will work out with her manager to compensate me.

I am a Consumer. If I am not happy with their Action, I will spread My Experience Every month to the whole world
