So this is what I noticed when switching to different LTE bands indoors:
LTE band 3 (1800mhz) RSRP ⬆ goes up (-99 to -95dBm) and RSRQ ⬇ goes down (-12 to -19dB)  LTE band 7 (2600mhz) RSRP ⬇ goes down (-97 to -106dBm) & RSRQ ⬆ goes up (-9 to -6dB)  Interestingly, band 7 data speed feels more reliable (less drop-outs) than 3, while 1 (2100) is the worst out of three. Comparison between Umobile vs Yes
