We hope the tech team is able to solve this "technical" problems as the "marketing" arm(s) is not helping the situations.

Some companies have good collab between tech and marketing teams. But if tech team is not seeing the issue and solve it properly, marketing team has to cover-up the situations.

Do u think the quality of hardware used by umobile is not on par or just the deployment engineering/technique is just so so?

many people jump to umobile because its cheap but mostly after used umobile will switch to other telco and never will consider to go back. I got hotlink, digi, umobile and unifi mobile. The worse of all  3 is umobile .

You are right just you imagine cheap phone with cheap hardware will have worse performance.  Yeah sometimes got 4G and H+ nothing load show no Internet

Its very simple Mr. Troller. Company pays the bill so why do i care whether i satisfy or not? Its one of a simcard in my dual sim phone. I have 3 phones

all complaint but boss pay money. We used to be using maxis corporate and switch to umobile because cheaper. Then for the last few years maxis lowest plan was RM98.

The main CEO already port out from umobile to maxis MOP98 only leave us all in umobile because P70 to MOP98 is increase of expenses so boss rejected.

Nop, my Yoodo refarmed B1 as LTE which gave 100ish Mbps while no problems for 3G maxed 21Mbps.

Definitely not spectrum issues. 😝

I was using iPhone with my temporary U Mobile sim. I don’t think iPhone is cheap at all. The issue with internet not running despite connected to 4G on U Mobile was very real.
Indeed that is the telco problem. Which is why another fellow user mentioned that VoWiFi can solve the poor reception problem. But I also mentioned in my subsequent reply that VoWiFi doesn’t solve poor 4G connectivity issue.

i am not complaining about my line i dont care. You seems to care. I using HUP35 and celcom broadband. I am talking about stability of telco umobile not about your always satisfy your personal need 24/7 internet data , eg for youtubing and online gaming. So if your employer has no intention of paying for you to do online gaming or other non-porductivity usage too bad for you. Maybe you want a better connection maybe you should be the boss or find a better boss? If you cant afford TOO BADDDD 
But mine He is paying my celcom broadband Rm100 a month. I am using that for gaming at minimum 20mbps with huawei B618 router love the speed dual band easily 20mbps to 40mbps than watch netflix youtube 100GB. I get 3 bars to 5 bars with wifi. While my umobile i use mostly for the unlimited calls and data i hardly use.

This public forum is basically an echo chamber filled with people of restricted aims and intentions when making posts.

For all you know every fan of each company is most likely a staff or dealer working for their own companies either bad mouthing others or praising their own company to push for sales.

It is also know that the Kopitiam section is also frequented by politicians and family members lurking to read about what the public's hot topics are and do their politics campaigning.

So be cautious not to speak openly with your mind here if you have good ideas in mind. This is not the place when the people around are hiding behind moniker names.
