Want to ask, if my prepaid validity is until today and I purchased UMI 30, will I be able to use data for the 29 days that the number is passive? (from 2nd-30th day, since 1st day still active)

Hi All,
I saw a new promotion from Umobile: Switch to Umobile GX50 postpaid package, will get RM10 rebate every month for one year.
So generally, u pay RM40/month for GX50 for the 1st year.
Im currently Umobile P38 postpaid user, I talked to SC and the CS said this promotion is valid for non-Umobile porting to Umobile GX50 only. Not for existing Umobile user.
So wanna verify with other Umobile user here. Is it true that existing Umobile user is unable to get this promotion?
