Hi all, want to ask here does anyone know what's the procedure to change a lands' title from residential to commercial type ?
The land is in Ipoh and not that big. Who should I contact if I need it done? Local council? |

you'd need to make an application at the relevant land office.
check ur title if it's under geran / HSD / PN - state land office geran mukim / HSM / PM - mukim land office |
