Could be possible. I seldom use my Note 8 to play games these day after getting a S10+. Btw, which game is causing the lag/shuttering?

My guess is the game isn't optimised for Android 8/9. Might want to find out what other Android user's are experiencing.

Anyone bought note 8 during the roadshow at pavillion last time? I thought they offer additional 1 year extended warranty+ gear vr right at that time?

Today I sent in for warranty claim but samsung said my phone doesn't have extended warranty. I bought it with celcom easyphone plan.

The extended warranty only covers limited coverage. You need to read and check the fine print.

What I meant was there is only 1 year warranty. There is no extended warranty

That can only mean they didn't give you the extended warranty as advertised. To be sure, please check their fine print terms & condition. If you are certain of your entitlement, by all means please argue with them regarding the matter.

Did you purchase at roadshow booth or celcom? If with celcom its not a roadshow offer.

i purchase at celcom booth at the roadshow.

I just want to confirm besides free gear VR and 1 year screen cracked protection, was there an offer +1 additional or warranty year that bring it up to 2 years warranty?

after updated to pie.... is kinda regret.

-No more GIF camera
-No more Bixby to trigger 3rd party app
-Battery drain

but got 1 thing good, performance is back to normal (so is this a technique to force user update?)

Like the saying goes, you gain some, and loose some. Pie isn't totally perfect. I regret most losing the call recorder functions after upgrading from Oreo but overall I still prefer Pie over Oreo.
