2ROD - is it the 2 upper quadrant rings? If it is, then the GPU is overheat. Then it is the same as my problem, fron my post (the next page from your post). You need to do the x-clamp solution, either 'cause the clamp needs to be re-aligned for better contact with the heatsink and the GPU. Search for it on the net, its quite easy and saves 'ur monies. Though I do recommend the method that replaces the x-clamp with screws and new artic thermal paste
