Just a quick question because I need to verify the installation charges done on me is legit, recently got myself the 100Mbps package.



So, I was charged RM260 for installation for;
- RM60 (First 10 Meter)
- RM200 (The next 20 Meter)



So that doesn't make sense, the place I requested to install isn't that far from outside house and it's roughly 5 Meter min, if the cable already goes inside it already count as standard installation right?

Because from TMpoint people, the girl said the installation charges should range from RM100-200.

Anyone here can share their installation fees?

I have a chat with TM support just now and verified the charges fee.

Too bad I actually asked someone to supervise the installation (and notify to choose the standard) and only managed to oversee the installation after it's finished routing the cable ended up with non standard installation .

So yes, choose the standard installation and you'll end up with free installation.
