I am driving 2014, current mileage 130k.
Changed engine oil, oil filter, air filter, cvt oil on last service at 127k.
Recently i feel my car jerk when accelerating from low speed (<40km/h). It happen randomly.

Search the forum and found you guys mentioned few parts might causing the issue:
- EGR
- throttle body
- spark plug
- anything else?

Which one should i start first?
I know my foreman will ask me change/service all parts but i prefer do it one by one.

Jerking while accelerating below 40kmh likely ignition coil, obd scanner should come up with the error indicating which coil need to be replace

Foreman use the scanner to check but cannot find out anything wrong. After he test drive, he said it is misfire, mostly caused by spark plug.
He quote me RM280-RM320 for original spark plug.
Is this reasonable? I wonder what is the cost difference if i do it in Honda SC.

Did that resolved the problem?

Update:
After checking my car record with Honda SC, the spark plug has been changed at 80k service time.
So i think it is not spark plug problem since my current mileage only 130k.
So i go to another workshop and the foreman help me remove the plug coil and spark plug to check and he said they looks good.
He said since the symptom is not significant, so he ask me to continue drive until the symptom is happen frequently then he only can check what go wrong.

Plot twist is since that day, i didn't feel jerk anymore! (touchwood).
It seems reassemble the plug coil and spark plug helps laugh.gif

anyone facing this issue?

Aircond become not cold after car running for ~2hours. If off the engine and let car cool down, then aircond works again.
when the issue happen, can feel the cold air when i put my hand closer to the aircond vent. Increase fan speed can hear the blowing sound become louder but seems like no wind blow out.

time to change aircond fan?

Can it be that your car temp is high and overheating?
*
you mean engine overheat?
i don't think so because the car power still ok, radiator water is full and check engine light is off.

could be expansion valve.
mine sometimes like that. the pipe is frozen.
if you continue driving, turn off your aircon but let the wind blow and defreeze it. then turn on the aircon again.
next time it happen, you can stop your car and check the pipe and see if its frozen. that's why you said let car cool down and it works again.

I still have not gone to fix it coz it's not often and I have not make the effort to go to workshop to troubleshoot and confirm.

is pipe frozen something i can see after i open the hood?
if it is the case, what should be fixed/replaced? the pipe?
