If im not mistaken, it is settable. you can just turn off the Auto unlock for P gear.

My 3 weeks old honda city got krek sound from front when going through speed bump too fast.. sometime got sometime dont have.. this happened after 1st maintenance .. is it normal?

It is exactly same as mine!! I think mine comes from front.. but it only appear when go through hump too fast.. however after few days trying the sound for mine car seem disappear already. i book 26 october for them to check the car sound.. im afraid the sound wont be appear when they check.

only go through speed humps, but funny thing is the sound disappeared for now.. but i just send it to service centre for checking since i booked already.. I ask them to check is it the axle problem..

Just got back my car.. they say mine is front lower arm got problem.. now need to wait 3 weeks for them to order the parts..

Honda car quality control really bad.. my car only 1 month old then already got a lot issue.. at first is replace the trunk opener spring now is replace the lower arm all happen in one month

Ya and also with the high demand during the no gst period they trying to save more cost and time and produce more to fulfil the demand.. but no choice because city looks nicer than vios

The trunk opener spring broken after 2 weeks i got my car.. when i was cleaning my car interior, then suddenly i hear a very loud explosion sound and my whole car shake.. it is just like someone put a firecracker in front of you.. then i check the car and found that the boot trunk is very heavy to lift up.. ask them to check during my 1000km service.. they told me the spring is broken already..

Yeah, since there are peoples facing these problems.. maybe you can mention to the service advisor and ask them to check more specific on the axle or lower arm.. ya my friend also said his perodua myvi doesnt face so many issues than his new crv..

Ya they never charge me any, but the spring cost around rm70 which stated on the receipt..

bring to service center, havent repair yet, original rim..
