QUOTE(naruko85 @ Jan 14 2020, 09:10 PM) last time my EGR valve got problem, got it replaced... my car jerk at low speed only, and RPM will drop like i press brake, but i didnt... so at last I call my agent, he then make arrange to check my car with Honda senior mechanic or something.. then only the jerking stop so lesson learned for me that when you complain during service, its useless... they wont check anything else other than battery health, oil filter what what filter etc... will keep say that no problem found... Err actually Honda policy is only to do warranty checks and replacement during weekdays. Only during weekdays you can do servicing and make complaints. If you do it on weekends, they won't layan you. Been there, done that. Hell, I even gave them a worst possible scoring and feedback about this policy when the survey came in. I didn't even get a courtesy call on that so I'm guessing it went straight into the electronic dustbin. Do you know how Honda gets such high aftersales satisfaction scoring in JD Power? This is how.

QUOTE(purplecar @ Jan 12 2020, 09:44 PM) It was pointed out to me today that our car alternator is locally made APM. "Your Japanese car has Malaysian made parts, but my Malaysian car has Japanese made parts." I got burned by my brother regarding this. My 2014 april gm6 using mitsubishi alternator...

But other than that, I'm good with the performance. Only thing is CVT feels a bit lain than AT, how to describe, it's like not all the way when u tekan minyak

QUOTE(naruko85 @ Jan 14 2020, 06:00 PM) technically, they only do battery test and filter etc when service, they wont check any other than those.... mine also the same last time ur city only jerk at low speed and not when stop or brake right, no jerking at high speed (60 above)? did you notice when jerk the RPM drop or not? QUOTE(ultralightbing @ Jan 14 2020, 07:45 PM) Both actually. Low speed and stop go traffic etc., jerk like car is coughing lmao. Reminds me of first time driving manual during driving school. But, nowadays RPM actually doesnt drop, works as normal. This feeling!!! I wasted two weekdays at SC. Still can't detect. Now just use with hati redha.

Ur insurance details is not a secret (at least within the insurance industry). That is how they personalised car insurance based on ur past records. Mine got noise from there due to the two plastic belah there knocking when got vibration especially on the rough road. I put a small piece of black color foam (from Casio watch jeweler box) there and problem solved. Ya...CVT is very lain. Need to learn tekan lightly then the gear shift will be smooth smooth..

I have the same issue, already send once to SC and they fixed for me and now again belah dua. 🤦🏾♂️ I can't take photo now on my actual location of my car. I will post here this weekend. The location is pointed by the green arrow in below picture. The reason I put (insert) a foam there is because I heard and feel the little vibration there by hand when I on the rough road and the noise is muted if I put my hand at area pointed by yellow arrow. You can get your hand into the green arrow there to touch inside got joint gap at the steering side. You can put the foam either left side as show in the picture or right side of the steering. I hope this help. Note foam need not be thick or solid. Just right amt of foam can counter balance (kill) the vibration away. Too thick or hard foam will worsen or transfer the vibration to another position. I am using the round foam from casio watch box showed as below image
