QUOTE(babylon52281 @ May 22 2019, 11:38 PM) Which highway? If N-S highway or other relatively flat highways it will save fuel, if KL Karak or Genting, it will makan fuel. To know whether it will save or makan, you must understand what the drive characteristics in ECON and how does your driving attitude reacts to the changes when in ECON. N-S highway run from melaka to Penang. any recommendations for ron95 fuel that have best mileage ?

QUOTE(8sg9ft @ May 22 2019, 03:14 PM) Skimming brake discs shouldn’t be that expensive. Can go outside to do it, at a trusted shop of course. As for warranty, i’m not entirely sure but discs should be wear and tear item and might not be claimable. I might be wrong though Same. I complained to SC last week that I have vibration when braking. They said judder and need brake skimming. They checked my log, and said I always sent car on time. So under warranty. Today I am skimming the brakes. Honda JB.

Coolant usually lasts quite long time, like 1 to 2 years at least. no need to top up every month... QUOTE(jimmy lai @ May 23 2019, 09:02 AM) N-S highway run from melaka to Penang. any recommendations for ron95 fuel that have best mileage ? Recommend to use ECON and try to hold speed constant as long possible. As for fuel, that's the burning question for ages. It comes down to what's ur preference and driving style, and car usage. Some say Caltex & BHP, some say Shell. I personally use Shell cuz I have no issues with it since I start driving, and rarely change. Just don't take Petronas unless you like POWAH! Ur biggest FC reduction would come from appropriate usage of ECON mode, correct driving methods, and well maintain the car.

Coolant is coloured so its easy to spot. Despite jams, I don't think its normal for coolant to go from MAX line to MIN line within 1 month. Alternatively, you can just bring car to SC and make complaint. But it will help ur case if you can identify where the location of leakages, otherwise they will do some random tightening and ask you to monitor and come back again (on a weekday yeah!) to fix the problem.
