It only goes on a downward trend.
At most you can recover 10~20CCA (subject to where you clamp the SoH reading device, battery's state of charge, ambient temperature)
Not sure what spec the varta 36b19 is but one website show 266CCA(SAE).
So that's like 5% recovered tops.

If you just want to start the car with enough juice, just find chapalang 12V battery charger RM30~60 to top off to crank.

Edit: Oh wait mine went from 480CCA then MCO 1 month, 425CCA, then drive abit and another month and then finally recharge back to 480CCA. ~11.5% recovery.

Bosch C7, revives your battery or does maintenance? Nowadays... car seldom drive, might invest in one of these.

Both. You should invest it if you have > 1 car.
RM180~RM250 can lengthen your current AND FUTURE car batteries.

Mine Trip A<>B x5 ~48km (~240km) a week + under sun everyday and charged irregularly; lasted 2.5 years before sudden death. 2017.08.17 ~ 2020.02.20.
If here people report stock battery: 1.5 years max, 2.5 years has already stretched the lifespan 66% longer if totally didn't charge.
SC charges RM240 per battery.
66% longer battery lifespan => Already saved RM160.

If 2 cars, save even more.
Just need rajin charge ~2 weeks when new, then gradually need charge more at ~1 week when aged.
Charge more often better of course.
No downsides.

Battery status instructions are there.
This is better than buying overpriced LED strips imo.
Do take note, the actual voltage will be -0.3V lower than battery. So 12.0V on the display means 11.7V at the battery terminals.

When you use the Bosch C7, do you need to unplug battery from the car system? Meaning the car will be out of power ah?

I think there's no point regenerating the battery already as the resistance is too high @ 15+. A healthy battery usually have resistance ~5.

Yeah mine died with last reading taken at 175CCA 16.68mOhm 12.61V but 2.5 years la. That sunday before death, got take 1 reading with 60CCA 49.14mOhm 10.94V; battery was heating up but can crank for 5 more days.
I've seen others with 140CCA 21.4mOhm 12.64V; still can start no issue.
Then there's one totally cannot crank at 85CCA 34.96mOhm 10.68V.
All stock MF battery from factory.

AGM = 4ohm
normal ones ~6ohm
my new one 480CCA 6.22mOhm 12.45V.
1 week old city, stock battery reading taken from other member: 445CCA 6.7mOhm 12.82V.

I am using Century Ultramax with CCA of 350. Been using it for 28 months now. Last checked the condition, it is still good.

The NS40ZL Amaron Highlife's CCA is rated at 330. So I believe if it is well taken care, it should be able to last at least 3 years minimum.

Oh by the way, anyone have recommendation for good engine oil that can be used for Honda City?
