Wah 32 months !!
Wonder how is your usage pattern (daily driving? daily driving how many km? on heavy traffic or partly on highway? Using any electronic gadget - handphone charger/mirroring device/thumb drive?)

My 2017FL warranty claimed battery last year May (close to 12 months right before battery vwarranty expired), SC replace with panasonic battery, so far 14months at the moment still working well, hope this panasonic battery can last atleast 18-24 months.

Relaced battery already 14months no more warranty lor.

For warranty replaced batterry also entitle new warranty 12months or 20k km which evet earlier.

My driving pattern quite similar to you but weekend sometime drive around klang valley. Hope this panasonic battery lasting.

My initial plan next battery switch to amaron for both of my house car, seem many ppl find amaron quite lasting.
Hmm... now might consider of panasonic if existing battery really can last 2 yrs, also can get the same battery in the market with reasonable price.

According to your above setting when connected to HU, the Resolution set wrongly (this will cause black blank sceen)
While connected to HU, make sure
- Resolution set to 720x480_60P & save it. (Reboot if needed)
Dongle Front Screen should be display on HU now.

My last warranty claim battery (Panasonic) about 2 years ago so far still working. Since MCO started WFH, kind of worry battery will have problem, so every weeks I start car then try drive atleast 15mins within taman area to charge battery.

All this time been service at USJ, for me so far so good (include 2 warranty claim, 1 accident repair). Never been service at Glenmerie so can't comment.
As usual i whatsapp to USJ service appointment number but no response after 2 hrs++, so call them directly was told service appointment very full, finally got 1st day after raya 27/5 9:30am slot (as my request early morning slot), they inform now only allow not more than 20 customers at 1 time stay back wait for service.

I mostly service on sunday early morning slot but they say now sunday not open for time being.
Luckily i still WFH till end of this month so no need to take leave to service car.
When i call them yesterday, i told them my car service due 19th May & i do understand now the service appointment expected full due to MCO, will warranty void due to late service? They answer will not void warranty, any how i ask for nearest slot available.

Mine free labour at 50k too as per scheduled.

My car is 3 yrs ++ old (around 49k km), lately aircond start to have some sour smell (like sweating smell) during first time on aircond, have been follow sc recommedation change cabin filter (changed twice), tried change after market cabin filter still smelly.

I recall someone have discussed this before but unable to find back where. Do you all service your car aircond at outside workshop during warranty period (within 5 years)? What is the warranty period by honda for air cond system such as compressor, cooling coil.

Do you mean you service your city at Denso AC centre?
They service non Denso AC as well?
Mind to share the Denso AC centre location?

Any owner diy change your city car battery? Mind to share the correct way to change battery without reset radio & ecu setting?
Google found so many different way of changing battery, some even use obd memory storage to prevent any setting loss, do we really need it?

Just notice my 2017 E spec, can any owner help to confirm is there any screw at the red arrow there (refer photo) ?

Just wonder any owner done 80k km service with "Strainer Set Fuel" replaced as per honda recommendation?
- Where is the "Strainer Set Fuel" located?
- Will there be any smell inside car after the replacemen?
