Or are there other IRL Japanese language classes that you'd personally recommend? Maybe ICLS or Japan Foundation?

I understand that it's "all up to me" & "practice X3" but I'd love to have a teacher who's passionate, fun and understanding.
As for what purpose, at least for watching anime, reading manga or buying stuff on Japanese sites.
