Is it possible to use compound den wax directly thx

Be careful with the compound though. IMHO it depends on the existing condition of the paint now. If still relatively clean and shiny with just very light scratches/haze, then may not need to use the compound but just polish and wax. If condition is quite bad/looks cloudy then use the compound first. I may also suggest do claying first during wash to clean as much as possible.

I don't use expensive brands like Meguiars though, I just use Turtle Wax light polishing compound and Soft 99/Waxco cleaner & wax. I also have the claying kit I bought in AEON Jusco, forgot the brand but I think local brand, good enough.

Do you suggest that if my car is now doesn't need compound? Just polish and wax? How about clay

I said depends on your paint condition, how good/bad they are now. If pretty bad due to much oxidation, water spots, or hazing/surface scratches then would need compound. You can try with clay and polish first and see if becomes pretty good already. If good enough then just continue with final waxing. If not, then can try compound.

I compound my new car , it doesn't harm the paint , it is very well.designed to not harm the paint at all. Cheap brands have real rubbing compound that strip away the paint , meguiars doesn't do that

The one rule is true, you get what you pay for

OK so the 'compound' that you meant is actually like the light polishing compound that I also use then, not the harder rubbing compound. SO in tat case then still ok.
