Hi Guys, my wife is looking for a new laptop for her PhD study. 1. Budget : any 2. Usage : office, some data analysis software, autocad, civil engineering software, presentation. 3. Requirements (display size, battery life, weight etc) : easy to bring along to conference, 14 15inch, good battery, and if possible with a good after sales service.

QUOTE(ZM Fong @ Apr 16 2019, 04:31 PM) I assumed that you need >6 hrs battery life since you mentioned 'good battery' Dell G7 if you want good hardware, but it's a bit bulky and has low sRGB IPS Lenovo Yoga 730 15 if you prefer light weight and don't mind lower end hardware (still pretty powerful TBH) Not sure MX150 is enough for your workload. Can accept MX150 laptops? Thanks for the recommendation. I will check those laptop and decide.
