1. Budget : RM3.5k, can push it up to 4k max
2. Usage : Basic word processing (have to be able to handle multiple word/pdf tabs being opened; watching streams, youtube etc.; light gaming, i.e. games dont need to be at maximum graphic setting (Dota 2, older single player games like medieval total war, fallout new vegas. Best if able to play modern titles but not a requirement)
3. Requirements (display size, battery life, weight etc) : -
Display - prefer to have a bigger display (current asus laptop is at 15in)
Looks of the laptop - Prefer a laptop that looks professional and not too "gaming laptop" (I know it sounds like a weird requirement but I may have to bring it to work in a fairly conservative environment)
Reliability & warranty - Prefer to have a hassle free laptop that doesnt need to be send for repairs every few months due to hardware fault
Battery life - not a requirement but a good plus point to have.
Weight - not a requirement but a good plus point to have.
Thank you so much for helping out!!

If you dont like the look of the Thinkpads (yeah, I think Thinkpads look very uncle , i pick HP Elitebooks for my company because I cannot stand the looks of the Thinkpad), you can go to a more unique path and opt for a xiaomi notebook pro. Go shopee and find sellers. It looks like a macbook pro, it feels like 1 but its not a macbook

As a gaming machine even if its a light duty gaming machine, I think you need to be aware of what the MX150 is . In desktop form, we know it as the GeForce GT1030. MX150 is a weakened version of it for the notebook market. My opinion is that, at least get a GTX1050Ti or GTX1650 if you want to have any meaningful gaming experience. I myself would suggest you a Lenovo Legion Y530. The whole thing is black like the Thinkpad.
