Budget too low, might want to consider used/refurb business laptops with 1yr warranty
*
prefer something new..

you may try to search for below model if do not mind about the weight

lenovo ideapad 330 15IKB, it comes with i5, may top up around rm100 for your max budget

acer aspire 5 i3 version fits your budget

it is not recommended to go for second hand/used

15I seems quite hard to find, however, i see Lenovo IdeaPad 330-14IKB.. what do u thing about that?

Lenovo Thinkpad T580 with MX150
Acer Aspire 5 A515-52G-547K / 58R8 / 58H9 +RAM+SSD
Acer Aspire 5 A615-51G-53QF +RAM+SSD
Lenovo Ideapad 530s 15 81EV00DVMJ +RAM - no numpad
Lenovo Ideapad 330s-15IKB +RAM

Small battery/short battery life (>4 hrs):
HP Pavilion 15-CS0033TX / 15-CS1026TX +RAM+SSD

1. FYI i5 and i7 don't have much performance difference in KBL-R / WHL-U ULVs due to thermal limitation
2. Vivobooks are generally mediocre
3. Thinkpad E580 cannot handle heat of dGPU
*
vivobooks are mediocre due to specs or build quality?
