Look for used thinkpad x series. That laptop sure lasts very long and meet your usage requirements

Display with higher srgb score means it has better color accuracy and will greatly benefit the kind of works you intend to run on the laptop. Dedicated gpu will surely helps in rendering tasks though I think it is more processor intensive rather than gpu (however it always better to have if your budget allows).
