need recommendation asap for my father, he is on his way to buy laptop!

1. Budget : around 3k
2. Usage : for office work, excel, web surfing
3. Display size : 14~15 inch, u know for elders
4. Brand : no preferred brand, as long as good build and good after sale service
4. Battery life : doesnt matter
5. Weight : doesnt matter

just regular keyboard will do.. no max budget but around 3k..

1. Budget : 3.5k max
2. Usage : office work, autocad mcm tu, 3ds max, web browsing
3. Requirements : 14-15 display, big battery (i'm always on the go)
