any way to force shut down the iphone? my screen is unresponsive to touch.
i did force restart, didnt work.

That will restart the phone not shutting it down.
If we press long enough while connecting to the computer, it will pop up system restore from itunes.
There’s no other way to shut down the phone.
Already contacted apple support, they said none.
Its painful to listen to alarm clock without able to stop it (screen is unresponsive to touch).
Anyway, i already sent to apple for repair.

Anyone using maybank app? It didnt working after I updated the iphone to the latest version.
Contacted maybank, they just suggest to delete the app, and reinstall it.

Yup, ios 13.5.
Usually after ios update, maybank will update their app.
But till now, still no update.
Contacted maybank technical team, they keep asking to offload app, delete and reinstall. Which didn’t work.
Im trying to ask around here if any iphone x users had similar experience to make sure its not an isolated case.
