my ipx battery health is at 90% only.. bought on feb2018. Not sure if its normal or bad..

Guys, my iPhone X has some FaceID issues.. suddenly it won't work and when go to setting, it will say Not Available. Resetting or rebooting the phone solves the issue, but after few days it will reoccur. Whats the problem actually? Latest iOS.
