Anybody facing issues on the top screen of the iPhone X?

I tried tap the top screen of the iPhone and it did goes to the top of the web page.

I tried pulling down the top left side for notification and it didn’t work. Tried pulling right side for control centre and it didn’t work. I need to repeatedly pulling down both side for them to work. They suddenly not sensitive anymore.

I restarted, updated my phone and it doesn’t work

I didnt change a new screen protector since weeks ago.. u sure screen protector problem?
