Anyone check their Iphone X battery?

90% battery health when buying it on launch date reasonable?

Seems like my battery always went <20% after 6pm

Hopefully it’s a isolated case. My X can’t update to iOS 12. For now will remain in iOS 11.

Volume up, volume down then press and hold power button until screen turns off
*
That will restart the phone not shutting it down.
If we press long enough while connecting to the computer, it will pop up system restore from itunes.
There’s no other way to shut down the phone.
Already contacted apple support, they said none.
Its painful to listen to alarm clock without able to stop it (screen is unresponsive to touch).
Anyway, i already sent to apple for repair.
Thanks for the help. smile.gif

I did consider that option. From my previous experience with my other iPhones update issue, I usually just let it be and update later and then its ok. Thanks.

Where did you purchased it?

Not reasonable i would say, bought mine from Apple AU, after a year the battery health was 89%. Went to Apple few weeks ago and got it exchange.

You got it exchanged totally free? Or need to pay?

I bought it with the celcom postpaid plan at bluecube.
