aaannnddd this made me feel worth it getting the XS

Hi,
My iPhone X (about 1.5 years old) suddenly decided to malfunction. Both Wifi and BT is now disabled. I've tried resetting network settings and even set the phone back to factory settings to no avail. I'm pretty sure its a hardware malfunction. Question is, does anyone know of a good place to get this phone fixed?

In case anyone is wondering, I did not
(1) drop the phone
(2) install any funny software
(3) 4G is still working
(4) I can still make regular calls
It just sorta "died"..

Not that I'm aware off. The phone is water resistant right? I didn't submerge it in water.

never trust the water resistant bro, keep it away from water as possible, mine kena water by splashing then front camera rosak already

Actually I will. Haha not going to sell it. Will be my secondary phone to replace my 6+ after I get a new iPhone. Haha. I am sure iPhone X can use longer than 6+. Maybe even up to 7 to 8 years min. as my iPhone 6+ is still going strong except for gaming.

My friend iphone x is very hard to get it activate through the server after restore and the bottom speaker is faulty. Does it relate to motherboard problem ?

Anyone have this problem before?

Unable to connect to activation server( last time I keep on activate for around half a day only manage to successfully activate it)  . And OTA update on phone after download done also can’t connect through server .

seriously it is possible. becos my 6+ i bought since the third day of launch 21 September 2014 and uses it until now.

given the processing power of iphone X, it is totally possible to use for 7 to 8 years easily.

haha. yes, indeed, most people take up new loan before the current car loan is over for new cars.

my current car is also more than 8 years old now. haha. no more loan since 3 years back.

according to dave2d, it is a market trend now. people are not paying $$ for premium becos of the competition of low to medium market.
android premium phones actually got hit more significantly for this case. apple still have something unique to offer becos of its unique eco-system.

think moving forward, the trends is that apple will explore more on the 'cheaper version' of iphones to get people to buy. XR is a good example.

Use to charge my iphone X with my ipad charger as the stock iphone charger is rather slow in charging.

Unfortunately my one and only ipad charger just give up on me and I am thinking to get a replacement.

An iPad charger still 5V. The difference is the amp.

Stock charger 5v 1a (5W)
iPad charger 5v 2a (10W) / 5v 2.4a (12W)
USB PD 9v 2a (18W)

Im not sure if it’s really a 10W charger. But looking at the price, i personally wont buy the charger. Too cheap to be true. And risky. Thats just me.

My advise, invest on reliable 3rd party brand charger.
