i would like some advice since it will be my first house . im staying in putrajaya now and i would like to know which location is recommended and also type of house

my budget is below 550k (age 39)

i had survey seriana, salak tinggi,bangi. i plan to survey at semenyih area in 1-2 weeks.

my workplace is in midvalley and putrajaya(wife).

i prefer landed house however as far as i understand,it will be better to get apartment for first house than to buy landed house .
