QUOTE(jaswwp @ Jun 10 2007, 10:46 PM) Oh, now this is just rather weird. I had a nightmare early this morning that my rabbit died and my family burried it without telling me, and I was really sad about it. Later on at dinner time I told my mum my dream, then she said this morning she dreamt my gerbil died. We were like wah, what a coincidence, dreaming of dead pets, then we laughed it off. After that my dad told me dont get so attached to your pets, coz all will die someday. oh dear.. may he ripI got home. Sat down in front of my pc..then I glanced to my left, at my gerbil tank. Daryl was in sleeping position, very motionless. I took a closer look and my heart sank. He was dead. This is super weird, he died just like Keith. No wounds, no sickness, just like that. he's just around 1 year old only. My only guess is the rusty wire that hangs their bottle to the roof. Keith and his sons just love to chew on it. Maybe kena poisoned by the rust. I just repalced it. Hope the others will be fine. QUOTE(Proclaimer @ Jun 11 2007, 12:54 AM) Waa.. Juz now I play2 n carry2 my gerbils sumore.... Erm.. so in another words you never read before breeding them??? Oh goodness you better start reading la.. if not don't put males and females in the same tank. Hopefully the pups grow up well.Den i heard some noice.... I look closely again... Waaa.. Got 4 baby gerbils..... N they 2 of them a scattered around the cage...Is it ok..? Or do i need to put them together? First time leh.... Izzit ok ar if i terkacau the parents.. Huhu.. They wont eat the babies? Advise needed on how to take care of the babies... Huhu.. So sifu's sifu's here pls give guidance... Ah.. Dem it.. 1 baby juz died.. QUOTE(nezumitaro @ Jun 11 2007, 11:05 AM) NOOOO pls don't steal my kokoa! she is the best..... just like teh boy... canot steal from aka. now the pied nutmeg still orange so canot see the pied clearly, wait the ticking come will be more clear. now can see there is colar, but how 'clean' is the colar not sure yet. QUOTE(akachester @ Jun 11 2007, 11:21 AM) Okay both of you give me your address, I go steal! WAHAHAHAH! |

QUOTE(kembara @ Jun 13 2007, 10:18 PM) can dig a big and little deep hole... You'll end up having your neighbors calling the cops and arresting you for air pollution. put the clay inside...than tutup with some kind of dry grass... thats the traditional way to dry up clay to become seramics (labu sayung).. but the result will be black.. but my teacher said if burn must burn for long time but must clever to maintain the fire... |

QUOTE(babymoli @ Jun 15 2007, 12:05 PM) Hahahaha... You try put her in air con room lar for some time. I heard Foo said before that DTW might get affected with the weather. May be coldness can make the tail to turn black. Lol... Oh not like that la... lol.. she said it might turn dark if the temperature it grows up in is cooler. But not already 5 months ma.. so it's sorta too late. Or maybe I can testing put inside freezer see whether it'll turn dark or not. LOL. |

QUOTE(crazymouse_yyh @ Jun 18 2007, 08:21 PM) Yesterday finally bought 4kg of clay... made 2 small caves, 1 small tunnel thingy and 1 large cave for my snake hahaha.... wah, the shop owner knows Foo liao... she told me about the customer with alot of gerbils and bulldog heheheh.... means Foo loh... rite mah? Woh.. everyone knows foo as 'the girl with loads of gerbil and bulldog'. LOLNow all interested in DTW? I also may have 2 DTW or PEW.... still dunno which colour yet coz still pups. Sigh, wait and wait hahaha. http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/e...bils/colors.htm The DTW won't show black eyes coz the Ch and Ch in their genes erase out the colour from the eyes, skin and fur but leaving colour only on the tail. Also, the colour of the tail may vary if it is Aa or aa or Sp... but I think for us, temperature is important. Who wanna experiment place DTW gerbil in air cond room? Hun, it's not just interested for DTW, I'm desperate for it. LOL. |
