Better he leave, no way youth can play at chelsea. Thorgan hazard currently playing very well at bundesliga, jodan sancho hottest prospect at dortmund, so no wonder CHO want to leave and he will become future star and we will craving for his services later.
Mason Mount, reece james dont have future here.
Sarri said about mentality but we can question his mentality to put alonso willian every game when they perform poorly.
Same lineup but hoping for different result.
While i applaud his decision to go straight to a translator so his message is loud and clear, it's hard to completely accept his observation that this group is 'extremely difficult to motivate.' Not when a nonchalant alonso keeps making those slow jogs upfield, gets his weak passes intercepted and leaves our CBs for dead when he can't track back. Same goes for willian..he can keep hitting his crosses to the first man, mess up all his one dimensional dribbles, fail to find unmarked teammates for a tap in and yet both of them can be 99% sure of starting the next match. Although to be fair, willian was decent yesterday.Mason Mount, reece james dont have future here.

When your coach persists with selecting a player based on mere seniority (let's not pretend this isn't what's going on), he's basically BREEDING this mentality within them. This thinking that 'oh let's just see what i can do,doesn't matter much cos i'll be starting next week anyway. 'The worst part is with alonso it's not a question of mentality anymore, but rather ability. When even sarri himself refuses to change it up with players like emerson and odoi dying to come in, then he's actively making the problem worse.
I'll be generous by not even bringing his golden boy jorginho into the picture, due to the fact that it's his first season in a new league. That being said, the amount of passes he misplaced while being under no pressure vs arsenal was downright embarrassing. Heck pay me fifty, no I'll even settle for 10 thousand pounds a week and i'll do my best impression of a poor regista for cfc.
I don't think most of the fans are asking for wholesale changes to the starting 11,he can just walk the talk by starting with one, either alonso or willian. That's all I'm asking.
The longer he gives a free pass to those two,his job will be on the line in the blink of an eye. While we're at it,he should grow a pair and drop hazard too. Honestly don't remember his last great game for us. I don't buy that 'triple marked so can't do anything' excuse either, not when you're constantly getting caught out with poor 3 yard passes and holding on to the ball for too long. I think the madrid rumours have finally started to affect his game, as much as i hate to admit it.
Let's just hope higuan comes in to bang some goals in ,while we paper over the cracks.
