Dave credibility as captain really need to be question. Not only he didn't want to get involved with Kepa-Sarri issue but during the toss coin for penalty he cannot decide which end the penalty should be taken. He also asked Luiz to decide if we need to go first or second.

Imo as captain he should be able to decide before that toss coin happen.
