Sorry if this question been asked before. 1 year ago I went to SG Petani for an event. Parked my car on the roadside parking lot but din't know need to pay coz I see no ticketing machine only to find out they use the scratch scratch ticket after kena saman. That time have to rush to Penang already so no time to pay(its a weekend too). Came back home in KL only to find out that they have no online payment method.

Now, come pink slip say the notice submitted for court order. The car under my dad's name so I dunwan him to kena called to court. Any idea how to pay MBSPK saman without going there physically?. The pink slip say can pay at UTC Bangunan Ukir... which is in Sg Petani or pay at MBSPK counter.

Usually you can send them a postal order. Call and confirm with them.

huh i didnt know sg petani uses scratch card?

SP has been using scratch card donkey's years ago, even long before Penang started.

Whole SP or only town area? I go there few times a year but never used any coupon b4, didnt even saw any sign that says coupon needed nor shops that sells it.

I dont go town area btw.. just areas around Amanjaya mall and nearby.

Whole SP, I guess. But, no one border to use the coupon since no enforcer patrolling at all. Just looked out for popular spots are good enough. I can't even finish a booklet of coupons even until it expired.

That’s why. I dint see any machine or any sign saying need to pay or use scratch coupon. Even the locals told me don’t bother.

Sigh. I would pay a few cents over this trouble now.

Hmm. Hope they accept wang pos or cheque lol. If they insist then need to drive up to SP again.

last time i got saman from sabak bernam, any appeal or payment can only go there and do it. hopefully the officer there is very friendly.

Hope you can settle before it goes to court.. because once it does, really need to go court to plead with the magistrate, cannot settle saman until after you menghadap mahkamah.

I bought wang pos and poslaju to them already. Hope the saman can settle without going to court.
