so frustrating dealing with TM.
long story short, appreciate forummers advise here.
contract ended already for my 30Mbps package long time ago.
TM cannot answer nor advise when my speed upgrade gonna happen.
so i opt to "downgrade" to the 100Mbps package.
but they didn't offer me the free DECt phone and other stuff for new customer.
trying to reach them is to no avail at all. lines constantly busy even though waiting for more than 25 minutes.
walk in to tm point also need wait 2 hours.
so my question is when they do come and install/upgrade/downgrade my 30Mbps to 100Mbps, would they change my modem/router and STB?
my STB is really old box. silver box not the white type. notice it's not very stable also.
