Did not receive any email prior to checking on account status on 17th Sept.

Received this email and sms yesterday

Initially I also did not achieve 300Mbps. As I had read through the thread v34, I did some troubleshooting from all the tips given to people in the same boat and found our that it was my LAN cable problem. It was rated as Cat 6 but I bought that cable many years ago. Got a new one this morning and voila.... rclxm9.gif turbo-ed! drool.gif

Thank you all who contributed the troubleshooting tips. rclxms.gif

It took me many days reading to catch up but it was worth it! thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

I'm still catching up in v35. laugh.gif

Congrats, but you should have just read the 1st page, 1st post, green text, and that would be much better than reading though V34.

Yeah. I did actually. The rest was just catching up. 😁

If like you said, my service start date is 20th Nov 2017 so either next year or this upcoming November? hmm.gif
*
My initial service date was Nov 2017 and I've already got turbo-ed 2 weeks ago. smile.gif

Anyone on Unifi 30/300Mbps? Do you get STD20 @ RM139? (Since the new RM129 100Mbps got it)
*

Question is, don't fully trust what TM told you. biggrin.gif

They told me since 3 weeks ago that I will be Turbo-ed but as of now, still nothing yet. Tomorrow I will drop by to change to RM 129 plan, this shall end my agony with them.
*
They just want you to visit them. They miss your patronage. brows.gif

You also think I will get in 24H? I doubt so. hmm.gif
*
Oh ye a little faith. innocent.gif

I understood from previous post that it was mentioned 'Service start date' and 'Contract period' is not the same. But what is the difference and where can you find information of the contract. Unifi portal only mentions service start date. dry.gif

It's for SST which wasn't charged during your Sept bill, check back your statement which was from Aug to Sept.

There was a GST adjustment in July bill but TM claim back in Oct bill. blink.gif confused.gif

That was GST. This is SST which effective on 1st Sept. Two different things.
To further explain, this is caused by UniFi - Pay first and use later concept.
Back in May-June, you have paid for GST before GST was zerolized, hence in July, TM refunded you back this GST.
Now SST was made effective on 1st Sept, you have paid your Sept bill in August before SST implemented, so now TM charged you back.

Thanks fruitie
Just couldn't wrap my head around it although I know it has something to do with that. Haven't had my cuppa.

Have not received any sms from Unifi since it charged my card yesterday.

Can you remember how long it takes to conclude the payment from the date it charged the card for autopay?
*
Last payment I received sms 2 days later (approx)

Just OK, if you can afford buy your own router.

Depends on your luck I guess. My experience with the TP-Link C1200 is that it just stopped working, no LED lights lit. Just stopped. After reboot works again. blink.gif rclxub.gif

Will get my own router but not at the moment.
