now live chat said i am payin rm179 for turbo 500mbps, no order received

I am using 5e Ethernet cable on c1200 router , speed never go above 100mbps

Live chat girl said wait for next billing only know what is going on, she said if apply rm129 plan after the turbo then the turbo Will cancel. But our situation here is we applied for rm129 plan then turbo come after.

either rm179 500mbps / rm129 100mbps / rm129 500mbps

I suspect is turbo is actually automatically cancelled but not reflected in the unifi portal or their system

I set another router as ap (dlink DIR-850l) . Connect on 5ghz band , get 200mbps only out of 500mbps. Then I also use the lan port of the AP to connect to my ps4 and Iptv. Get 100mbps out of 500mbps only.

Should I set the AP as second router ?

is that change immediate? because i also requested to change to 100mbps but only effective next month . because i was turbo-ed before i manage to successfully convert to 100mbps.

tmnet said my nx billing will be pro roted, but weirdly i still receive 500mbps. if it is pro rated i should be getting 100mbps
