This sounds like others who have got RM189 reduced to RM129 for 50M. Its a pity they just don't do this automatically for their existing customers. Eventually users will know about it and request for it anyway. Just makes it all more difficult this way.

Later you can see what package name is listed in your customer portal and see the changes in discounts etc.

Read the FAQ, especially the Upgrade / Downgrade section. Good to knowother info too before you deal with them.

Please try call 100 sales and request reduction from RM179 to RM119 for 30M.

i have 2 Unifi acc and both is copper line
- unifi 30mbps (high rise) RM129/month
- unifi Lite 10mbps (landed under SUBB) RM129/month

and i saw official unifi website package is 30 mbps for RM79/mth and 100mbps for rm129

since both my acc do not have unifi fiber coverage and thus may i know can i change both to the 30mbps of RM79/mth package.

is it possible and allowable? also the cap of 60gb quota applicable now?

I didn't request anything, however I did receive an email from unifi few weeks ago saying i will get my turbo by the end of this year.

Best is you call 100 or chat with customer service and ask about it. Maybe your RM129 30M can be reduced to RM119.
Not sure why your 30M is RM129 as I thought it was only offered at RM139 and above last time.
The Unifi Lite one maybe you can try asking for price reduction also.

RM79 quota not implemented yet. See FAQ #9.

If any of you remember my case of suddenly been downgrade to 100mbps STB best package from 500mbps turbo package. After 5 days, the TM person already called me after I keep asking them everyday for the update and you guys know what is the reason for the downgrade? the reason is that that mistakenly turbo-ed me when I already upgrade from 50mbps to 100mbps. Woww what a very convenient reason.

I make sure to call and live chat them when they turbo-ed me 1 day after I upgrade to 100 mbps and was reassured that the turbo-ed speed will maintain unless I lodged a report for it or I personally go to TM to downgrade. So I upgrade my equipment to suit the speed and this is what I got.

I was on RYE 100 before turbo-ed to 800, and i am paying less than rm189 for it.

Not sure whether TM will screw up my billing again, as it happen when I was upgrade from 50mb to 100mb. My billing was being DOUBLE-ed up instead of as what TM promised just a RM10 topup to double up my speed. I was blindly charged for that DOUBLE-ed billing for 2 months just to wait them to sort out simple calculation.

Of course later on they reimbursed back the additional payment to me on the following billing....

I think its more likely a problem with their system. I think others have had similar issue. maybe the turbo upgrade process is triggered when the account is modified. Or they hope that if they turbo quickly, user will stay with higher price package.

So, if it is their mistake, are they going to fix it and give back the 500M turbo?

I really hope they turbo-ed me to make me pay more since I'm okay with it since at the 1st place, I want to upgrade to 100mbps from 50mbps because the turbo-ed upgrade are too slow.

I dunno, there is a possibility that I will not be getting back the 500m turbo but I will make sure to take something as a compensation since this is their fault.

it is called the customer retention form, only applicable if you are out of contract I think
