Hello,
I just bought a D-Link DIR-867 for my Unifi. However, it seems to have issues when setting up the Wifi ID and password and the wizard will go back to the starting point on wizard. I tried to do it manually but it kept getting out of the router and asked me to enter my router password every single time. Is it the firmware problem?? I tried to reflash it'll go back to the login page and enter password. Please help.
Updated firmware?

Thanks for the info.
Let me get things straight, what are the effect of getting less channels with China sets? Poorer coverage, unable to detect certain devices or?
From my TP Link C1200, I saw there are 13 channels for 2.4GHz and 8 channels for 5GHz. If our channels are similar with SG, from the link you provided, I compare the SG 5GHz channels with China, all the 8 channels also have. So it is safe to say that buying China Asus router can work flawlessly in MY also?
Currently I think those gadgets use in my house, not all can support the upgraded speed.
- S9+
- Tab S3
- Mate 9 Pro
- Mate 10
- Minix H8 Plus
- Asus laptop with Ivy Bridge (not sure is this the correct name)
- Old PC
- Old Dell laptop
- Samsung smart tv
- Hp Officejet Pro printer
- And some old smartphones of my kids
But I always like to have something that can have future proof, so that I won't need to upgrade it so soon...
Less channels to jump to, if it gets congested. That is all. Just get it and you won't regret it.

Btw, my current laptop can only support 2.4Ghz connection with the router. So in order for me to get a higher connection speed, I need to get an external wifi adapter that run in USB3.0 right?
Do I need to disable the internal wifi adapter manually or window will automatically do it for me once it detect the external wifi adapter?
Between TP Link Archer T4U (AC1300 MU-Mimo) and Archer T9UH (AC1900), which one can achieve higher speed and wider coverage on the 5GHz band from 800MB unifi? Does the MU-Mimo play an important role here?
Yes. You need an external WiFi adapter that runs in USB3.0
You don't need to disable the internal NIC. It will co-exist with your USB wireless adapter. T9UH of course, and no. MU-MIMo only works if all your devices support MU-MIMO.
