this is very crucial part, must put into your template, else they will endlessly ask for your information for verification purpose.
every day copy paste the above info and wait until your account is upgraded.

I tried your method before, the Cs did open a report for me, next 2 days received an email saying the turbo upgrade is phase by phase. That's it .

why is your Mcmc report so fast being attended ? Mine submitted on 3 Oct, till 18 Oct only assigned to TM staff, and now still no solution yet.

what reason to say report to SKMM ? because I guess they will only say it is phase by phase, last time a CS even told me there is no such cut queue to get turbo etc and they have no way to upgrade the account if we request.

turbo upgrade. they cancelled it maybe because not ready etc. Some users here even got order cancelled 3 4 times.

It is the removal of Ruby Plus Promo pack if you have it because already have Ultimate pack.

I got an order modify and completed just now at 12:30pm, but I do not see any changes to my account. Any idea what is it ?

Yesterday had another order modify which is they removee ruby plus promo pack.

Just checked my unifi portal and it was turboed to 500Mbps instead of 800. Unifi Perpetual discount is only RM130, with Ultimate pack.

Anyone have idea what will the monthly fee be ? Was paying RM189 for 100Mbps Ruby plus promo & ultimate.

Okay 500Mbps is RM229 as mentioned by someone earlier on this thread, discount RM130 = RM99, add ultimate is RM60, so I assume I pay RM159 monthly for 500Mbps ?

no idea why 500, I submit a complain 3 days ago and today got turboed to 500 only. Will ask CS later and see how.

500Mbps is 229, so with 130 discount will be RM 99 and ultimate RM 60 = 159. If with Ruby still exists then another RM 30 = RM 189 as original price.

I don't think so because it stated RM130 perpetual discount only. Your perpetual is RM160 right ? Ruby is removed yesterday. Only have ultimate now.

Yes, my discount is RM 150 perpetual + RM 10 special discount. Total RM 160.

can you PM me your unifi portal account screenshot with the discount shown and unifi tv pack ? Yes private info blurred. I would like to make some noise to them as they turbo me wrongly and try to get more discount. thanks.

and what does too cheap mean ? meaning those paying 189 for 100Mbps will only get turboed to 500 ? Then how much are the users paying for 800Mbps right now ?

hmm guys I have some questions here... so recently got 500Mbps, just tested with LAN CAT5E to laptop, I cannot get pass 100Mbps, max is 95 96 only, same as before turbo. So need technician to come and fix it ?

For Wifi 5Ghz I managed to get around 200Mbps only, far away from 500, so this depends on router and device right ? Using Archer C1200 router

alright I didn't know my laptop Ethernet port only support 100Mbps omg, it is a 2016 model HP Pavilion 15 and cannot support also... Btw tested with a desktop, can get 530Mbps, though everytime is different.

Hmm it seems like I don't need 500Mbps lol because hardware cannot support also, maybe 300Mbps is enough for me..

hmm because for wifi I can still get around 230Mbps, then 300Mbps is perfect for me, using LAN cable is not convenience for laptop.

btw a gigabit ethernet port adapter will work with my laptop that supports 100Mbps only right ?

yes you can do it on your phone computer laptop etc

usually the installer will also test the speed on their laptop to make sure everything is working and correct.

btw you should do LAN test for more accurate speed, wifi speed will drop anytime due to many reasons and based on your device spec too
