if first time subsciber only can't watch via stb, if u downgrade from turbo to 100mbps RM129 u can still watch via stb box.

I just got my bill. Amazing, I'm paying RM 129 for 500Mbps. I will retract my complaint tomorrow.

The thing is suddenly I'm being charged with 2x UniFi TV package - Aneka and Ruby each RM 30 and total RM 60. Internet is RM 69 only after RM 160 discount.

Very nice indeed. I think many here have to pay RM20 extra for that 600 minutes calls.

But your HyppTV only can watch Aneka and Ruby? So you don't get the rest of the channels like the Ultimate package?

Ultimate has Aneka and Ruby in it.

Went to tm point Cyberjaya to ask status of my request to change 30mbps rm179 to 100mbps rm129. They also dunno why my request still processing for so long since last week. By right, I should get new speed immediately upon request. Already went to inquire on 17/10, and they raised ticket for me but still no reply. Today they sent email to HQ for checking. Monday only can get reply as today HQ half day.

I feel like crying at the counter. Why la like this. Last night I have logged report to mcmc. This is unacceptable

I think the discount is based when 500Mbps start. If start later/end of the billing cycle, then the discount might be bigger.

Yeap. Inclusive of tax. Thanks to the perpetual Promo Discount RM150. It's worth noting that I am no longer under contract though so my monthly payments do not subsidise the equipment charges anymore. 

In my case, rm119 for 30mbps was offered via email by TM. Looks like a case by case basis. Not official plan

Anybody here on rm129 for 50mbps?

......Is TM really serious in charging RM179/189/199 for 500Mbps while 300Mbps costs RM139 as per MCMC announcement?

Hi, I just got turbo-ed to 300mbps, I am using a powerline adapter , TL-PA4010P KIT. This is the spec

1* 10/100Mbps Ethernet Port, Power Socket

Is this the reason why my pc download speed is 35mbps max , while on my phone is 250 via WiFi 5g.

Router is Asus ac68u

30 to 500, not bad what. Others getting 30 to 300 only.
