Keep the plan, cheaper to change the devices. A bit more extra headroom bandwidth wise is better than none. All TM unifi plans are on their website to see.

Lol. TM don't have prices for the speeds we're now on, right now.
But you should be able to switch to a cheaper plan with no penalty as inferred from the press statement.

They are banking on the laziness of Malaysians winning over their anger about the pricing to help defend their ARPU if they make it difficult for Malaysians to switch to a cheaper plan or even a different service provider.

That's SOP for TM. Lol
Long ago, I applied to upgrade from streamyx to Unifi and a month went by without any appointment. I had to follow up for them to realise that they had somehow misplaced my application and installation orders. How ridiculous by any standard. But it's normal for a tongkat mindset company like TM.

I think you may want to add
That TM only guarantees the stated speed of the package by wired connection and also best effort only, which means as long as the speed achieved most of the time is about 80% or greater of the stated speed iinm, that is considered as best effort.

No such thing. Either you buy it from TM or you sign up for a new 2 year contract.
Better to buy a better router on your own.

Nope. Service date has nothing to do with contract date.
There is no further contract term for the free turbo upgrade.
Only if you downgrade another plan like 100/129, then there is a new 2 year contract.

Why don't you try to call customer service and ask about your turbo. See if they tell you that its on a pilot phase, or your turn will come as its random, or whatever else they may tell you. Also ask if you can go TMPoint to get the turbo. Let's see what they say. Please let us know.

Don't waste time calling CS to hear their copy paste answers. If you are free, then go down to a TM point and fill up a form requesting for turbo upgrade if you are eligible.

Still waiting turbo, no point for me to downgrade to Unifi best because I'm paying the same price as Unifi Best plus Ultimate TV pack anyway.
