Why would people want a router from TM? rclxub.gif

Just buy your own router - it's not like they are expensive to begin with. There are plenty of good routers right now and SilentVampire even put up a list of recommended routers for your turbo connection icon_idea.gif

Bonus points: you can reuse the current router as an access point/repeater if you are upgrading your old router to a new one in the future icon_idea.gif

If you don't have any contract with TM, I propose switch to TIME.

then record a video of you smashing your orange TM router and post it here.

May I know why you say that? I am still undecided between Time vs Unifi. Please enlighten me. Thanks.

SilentVampire It's not exactly their fault (user) though, as I can tell you that explaining tech to the uninitiated can be daunting and very frustrating (I have been at the same boat as yours before) sweat.gif

Hi there. Mind to share how can I setup my old router as access point/repeater? In other words, it can be used as an extender as well, right? unsure.gif

1. TM is still stuck with Pilot 100Mbps++ phase.
TIME is already with such speeds now.

2. Good feedback about TIME service, stability, ping
but of course there are still minimal issues though doesn't sound so much like TM.

3. TIME offer 12mths contract basis (with some added fees of course)
whereby TM die die 2yrs contract.

4. Symmetrical Upload/Download (if not mistaken)

I know. I put the blame squarely on TM shoulders. They should have a booklet or something for any users who install Unifi, and that will definitely help solve 98% of problems.
