QUOTE(fruitie @ Oct 27 2018, 04:47 PM) File a report and get technician to come to your house. I have changed mine to Nokia one. My BTU was capable to go more than 100Mbps but somehow it didn't. So the technician just changed one for me. What was the model of your previous BTU? QUOTE(SilentVampire @ Oct 27 2018, 08:49 PM) Yes. No matter how strong wifi or wifi adapter you have, the C1200 won’t perform up to standard. What about using the TM router as an AP? Good enough?

So the technician told me that new equipment are only for new subscribers but not for contract renewal, is this true or they were BSing?

QUOTE(SilentVampire @ Oct 29 2018, 08:42 PM) BSing. Anyway, I wouldn’t recommend TM equipment. It is crap. There are other devices that can access Unifi tv?

QUOTE(SilentVampire @ Oct 31 2018, 07:39 PM) Nope, only service charge of RM53. Let's say, Scenario 1: Technicians come to replace equipment for contract renewal. Scenario 2: Technicians come to replace some very old equipment such as the TM provided L7 router that can't support turbo speed. Do we have to pay the RM53 service charge for these scenarios.

QUOTE(dickybird @ Nov 1 2018, 12:16 AM) Even for replacing the old L7 router? How are users going to use turbo speed without supported equipment? They can't charge us for that.
