suggest you to get the new 129 100mbps package, you save A LOT more.

800mbps turbo is definitely a welcome, but your current router and smartphones and computers might not support that speed.

might as well TM will offer 129 users to upgrade too 300/500/800 in the future with some topup

Guys I want to ask that is the DIR-842 provided by TM is better than Archer C1200 ?

Because I'm going to change to 129 100Mbps, since new contract again then going to request new router modem etc

And I have Huawei HG8240W ONU, is it an old model ? Should I request to change too ?

hmm in this case you don't really care about the pricing then it's okay haha but you should still complain to them and ask for discount if you want to save more $$ since most of us are paying rm189 for 100mbps with turbo eligible

So TIME is providing DIR-882 AC2600 router for their 1Gbps package while TM still C1200/DIR-842 for 800Mbps...

so TM called me more than 6 times but I didn't pick up, I guess it's the case that I gv them 0 rating for live chat, i already mentioned in the feedback don't call me and just give me turbo then I will give 10 rating lol.

don't think so because previously I did the same thing, they called me and ask why then I say the CS cannot answer my question and say no turbo for me yet, the ppl just tell me the turbo is phase by phase , so have to wait.

So it seems like some accounts have their Ruby Plus Promo pack removed from 100Mbps RYE 2017, thus ended up paying RM159 monthly with Ultimate pack only.

I thought TM stated that removing the promo pack will remove the RM200 discount too but now TM is removing them automatically... Kinda unfair to those who still have it including me.

in the end they send me email say turbo upgrade is phase by phase. Conclusion is Wait, wait and wait.

mine 3 Oct still no response, PMed to CFM, a comment from CFM staff is added to notify TM to look into it. But till now my case is still not assigned to any TM Staff.
