I wish I were to get that kind of treatment too. Even after visiting Menara TM. RM10 parking and 30 mins queue time.
EDIT: Not to mention paying RM249... They want to milk the people paying extra is it? Delaying our upgrade month by month?

This is the thing why people are so mad at TM, kept giving different plans with different price to different people without standardize all the price... When someone get a better offer, others want the equivalent or better...

mang...there’s no free lunch especially from tm

if rm129 100Mbps can free upgrade to 800Mbps...i am pretty sure all of us here will jump ship to 100Mbps rm129 plan without waiting for turbo upgrade on current existing plans

Received SMS saying I've been turboed. However still receiving the same old speed. Wireless still getting around 20 to 30 mbps. Wired around 40mbps.

My friend brought his ASUS router RT-AC1200 to test my speed. My iPhone wifi speed immediately jumped from 20/30 mbps to 300+ mbps when I am near the router and when I am further away, the speed is still quite good at 200+ mbps.

My current router is the old white orange D Link DIR 615. My friend said the router is the cause of me getting shitty speed despite being turboed. Is my friend right?

Chatted with Unifi helpdesk just now and they insist that the router can support turbo speed. They also said I can't change my router because no longer under warranty. I told him I have been TM customers since the days when streamyx was launched. This current router was given to me when I change from streamyx to Unifi a few years ago and they did not even change the router when they upgraded my plan a few times from original 5mbps to 50 mbps.

Should I spend my own $ to get a new router or go to a kedai telekom to demand for a new router or demand a downgrade to 100mbps package? TM is making me really pissed off and TIME is now available in my condo. Should I switch to TIME?

hi guys, couple of questions:
1. is it valid that the Unify bill charged 1 month in advance? just started subscribed to Unifi 2 weeks ago but got the bill it was charged till 12thOct next month.
2. can we cancel the unifyPlayLite - Ruby pack thingy which was itemize at RM30 in the bill?

dude. the easiest fix is get your own router and set it up yourself. and this way is the fastest way to solve your problem.

why need go through the stupid customer service team so troublesome and a waste of time and effort.

It is really stupid for TM to turbo customers but did not provide the necessary equipment for customer to enjoy the turbo speed. Basically, they are asking people to downgrade their plan. Then might as well don't turbo. Stupid Stupid Stupid!

the problem is not from the tm company . its the customer service officers themselves. they just lazy to layan you . coz if you request to change equipment they have to make report la this and that . for them very troublesome. they are just plain lazy.

plus most of the customer service officers also no IT background . we users no more about the internet packages compare to them. some even dont know what is turbo upgrade.

so dont blame TM for giving us turbo speed.

but blame TM for not training their staff and provide unified knowledge to all officers.

If you're really mad about TM, just change to TIME. Else, just buy a new router which will be better than the one provided by TM.

I guess you’re right. All the customer service guy do is reset my port and he end the conversation. I rated him 1 star. Wanted to give 0 star but no option.
