hope this is the right place to ask....

I've experienced some lag with unifi on and off, regardless daytime or night time and noticed that sometimes the data packets just drop (like when doing file downloads via chrome or firefox... and sometimes download got cut off) and this happened with LAN cable connected to laptop.
However, smartphone on wifi still working fine at that time with streaming youtube videos.

I'm on landed property linked house and area already got unifi fiber optic line for many years.
Only 3 ppl in the property r using the unifi and got 3 smartphone connected via wifi, and only 1 laptop connected with LAN, and it is connected the default Unifi wifi router that got 4 antennas.

Is it router problem? Or unifi problem? Anyone experience this issue b4?
