and 1 more thing, for the 5Ghz band, let the router decide the best channels.5Ghz band channels are quite tricky compared to 2.4Ghz.
Set it to auto and I managed to get 400-500Mbps constant on my Macbook.

Hitting 200Mbps or less on WiFi is easy if both the transmitter and receiver is 2x2 on 5Ghz band.
But it gets trickier if you want to achieve more than 300Mbps. Most smartphone/tablet/laptop is still on 2x2 MIMO.
If you want to hit more than 300-500Mbps, you need at least 3x3 MIMO at both ends.
More than 500Mbps, at least 4x4 MIMO at both ends.

New record over wifi, max is 740Mbps over wifi.
