Hi folks - I have a gym + shower in my office and I want to make use of it to get fit.

The problem with the gym is that it gets super crowded after office hours and so the best time to make use of it in peace is in the mornings before work or in the afternoons during lunch hour. In my case, I plan to make use of it during the morning before work.

I don't have any experience in doing workouts before work so I don't know how people manage the logistics:
- the sweaty clothes after workout
- the damp towel after shower

Clothes I guess shouldn't be much of a problem if you wear those jersey type materials which don't hold moisture too long, but the problem is the towel. If I just put the towel in a plastic bag an in the car, wouldn't it become smelly by the end of the day?

How do you manage this?

Towel are cheap, get multiple set

maybe put them in waterproof bag like hypergear bag to avoid stinking your car

Tbh the towel won't smell.
Sweaty clothes just put em in a plastic bag and tie it up.
But when u get home you will have to soak it with soap water and wash immediately.
